バージョンアップによる再取得などで正式なアナウンスが遅れていた米国国防省レコード管理基準DoD5015.02サポートが正式にアナウンスされています。
今年末までにリリース予定のEnterprise 3.2から正式にサポートされる形になります。
今までのバージョンでも機能的には搭載されていたものですが、改めてその特徴をあげますと、
- シンプルな単一リポジトリによるレコードマネジメント
- 使い勝手の良いWebベースのインターフェース
- 簡単につかえるメールファイリング機能

国内ではあまり事例を聞かないレコード管理ですが、メールファイリングと有効期限管理＋ワークフローという部分ではこういった標準モジュールによる追加機能は国内ユーザにとっても有用だと思われます。
